Did you all get to catch sight of the this month's Super Moon? It was also called a "beaver moon" because, according to the Old Farmer's Almanac " . . . this was the time to set beaver traps before the swamps froze, to ensure a supply of warm winter furs". David and I went to a nearby pasture that offered up a nice view of the night sky and spent last Sunday evening watching the Beaver Moon rise up over Fayetteville. It was a peaceful way to end the weekend.
